You can change how an owned build is looked after, subject to a review of the system and the new care scope. Renting and owning have different terms: a rental subscription does not transfer the website code to you. Moving to an owned build is a separate purchase.
Tell us about it. Sometimes the right move is to build around it, sometimes to replace it. If you just want us to look after it, we review it first and tell you plainly what we find before we quote Hosting & care.
No. When your package includes an owner area, you manage its included content controls on plain screens. Your guide and walkthrough explain the day-to-day tasks. See what you can change yourself.
For an owned build, the code becomes yours after full payment. You can arrange your own hosting and care. For a rented website, you can cancel anytime and export your data; FSL retains the website code and the rented site goes offline when the subscription ends.
A rented website uses a prepared layout adapted to your brand and content. An owned build includes an individual design within your agreed package scope. Compare the two on the pricing page before choosing.
Yes. Staff logins can be part of your build, so each person has their own access. Tell us who needs what and it goes into your quote.
No. Many businesses only need a website. An app can make sense for repeat bookings or orders. Adding another product or connecting existing software is scoped separately; it is not automatically included with a website.
The pricing page sets out build, rental, and care options. Your selected package and agreed scope explain what is included, which connections are covered, and any ongoing costs before work starts.
Care covers hosting, maintenance, and the standard changes or support allowance listed in your plan. New features, redesigns, and new integrations are scoped separately. A support response target means when we reply, not a guaranteed time to resolve every issue.
